WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!!! EVERYTHING GOES THROUGH THE SALES MANAGER WHO IS HARDLY EVER THERE!! TRIED BUYING A VEHICLE AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY CASH FOR IT BUT EACH TIME THE SALES MANAGER WASN'T THERE AND DIDN'T BOTHER SHOWING UP TO WORK, AND NOBODY KNEW ANYTHING; THEY KEPT SAYING "WAIT FOR HER TO GET IN" ETC. APPARENTLY THEY DIDN'T WANT MY 20K! WE WALKED AWAY AND HAPPENED TO FIND A NICER, NEWER VEHICLE FROM A PRIVATE SELLER AND PAID LESS MONEY.THE PRIVATE SELLER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS HAPPY TO SELL HIS VEHICLE!! THIS PLACE WAS WEIRD AND JUST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Told me one price up front then tried to charge me another. Ended up paying more that they originally told me. Also did things to my vehicle with out permission and tried to charge me for that as well.
